Hair Extension Policy

Hair is NOT included unless otherwise stated. Hair extensions must be purchased separately through KBHCONCEPTS or provided by the client. Please contact us if you need assistance selecting hair.

Appointment Policy 

• Deposits are non-refundable
• No-shows and late cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit deposit
• Remaining balance is due at the appointment
• Appointment requests are confirmed based on availability and are not confirmed until approved
