Return and Refund Policy

Please make sure that you are selecting the correct lengths and hair texture when you place your order. Send us an Email at contact@kbhconcepts.com if you need help with your order, we are here to help and want you to be confident when you order.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted 7 days from the delivery date provided that the goods are not altered. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items may not be altered in any way.

  • No cutting of the lace front
  • Inclusion of All original tags
  • Returned in its original, unused, perfect and sellable condition
  • Returned in its original packaging and KBHCONCEPTS package

KBHCONCEPTS is the sole arbitrator to determine if the piece or product has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it’s returnable.

 

KBHCONCEPTS does not provide a pre-paid mailing label. If you choose to mail your return you are responsible for your mailing label, we highly recommend ensuring the product for the full value as KBHCONCEPTS will NOT assume financial responsibility for return items that are lost, stolen or damaged for your return. Attach the label to the outside of your package. We recommend using a mailing label to track your return and which provides insurance for your return package.

 

If the conditions are met, KBHCONCEPTS will refund you the full amount of the returned item. Refund may take 5-7 business days from the day of receipt.

One complimentary exchange / return will be honored per customer. Additional exchanges or returns will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover fees, shipping and handling.

To start a return

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kbhconcepts.com Please note that the returned item(s) will need to be sent to the following INSTRUCTION RETURN ADDRESS WHEN YOU EMAIL US.

 

Please email contact@kbhconcepts.com photos & videos of the product for our reference if conditions are met after confirming the product state its inconsistency KBHCONCEPTS will cross-reference with our policy.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation Email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return application will not be accepted.

 

Email sent to contact@kbhconcepts.com after 7 days of receiving your package will not be taking into consideration.

 

Customers will have to pay customs fees resulting from not following our return policy.

 

Note: We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to Email contact@kbhconcepts.com within 7 days of receiving your package to fill out an application for an exchange. Emails received after the 7 days of your purchased item(s) will not be taken into consideration.

Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the shipping date provided that the goods are not altered in any way.

Exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

IN A RUSH?

You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original product arrives. Place a new order online, and we will prepare the new product while waiting for the return. Your new product will be shipped after it is finished. When we receive the returned product in its original condition, we’ll issue the refund or store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please do not send an unauthorized return. KBHCONCEPTS assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

Shipping Fees: International shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE shipping in the continental U.S. for any online orders.

All orders placed in the afternoon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

 

National Holidays

will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient
